This letter is to express our gratitude and appreciate for Jody Wilcox-Nix in the CDU unit. On behalf of our family and friends we would like to recognize the compassionate care of our sister and friend while in the CDU. Jody truly advocated for her best interest in the face of many challenging situations including the reality of her inevitable death. She educated us, hugged us, and called the appropriate resources when needed. The 10 days we were at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills were some of the most difficult for all of us. Jody's genuine care and support were tremendously comforting in our time of stress and grief. Jody exemplifies quality healthcare.
