My sister was in Magee Hospital for a week. She was in advanced stages of triple negative breast cancer spreading to her lung and blocking her airway. During this stay, Kelley took care of my sister which we were so very grateful for. Not only did Kelley take excellent care of my sister but our entire family who traveled to Pittsburgh from New York state to be with her. As she struggled with the decision to continue treatment or to go home with hospice, Kelley made a very difficult and emotional event for our family much easier. Arranging a snack/drink cart outside my sister's room and later much to our surprise around the dinner hour another cart arrived with sandwiches/drinks/fruit arranged by Kelley. Many of us would have not taken time to eat under the circumstances. I told Kelley many times during the week she was a light in our darkest hour and to always know our family will remember her for this. Our family felt cared for as well as our sister!
