I could tell Amy was a special person from the moment she introduced herself as my nurse. She immediately put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. During my first night in the hospital, Amy demonstrated her careful expertise and she was incredibly kind and calming in explaining everything that was happening. She recognized my needs and her warm demeanor and intuition for my needs was absolutely amazing.
During the delivery, she took incredible charge, and was the best coach I could have had. Her cues kept me focused and she's so encouraging. She then took an incredible initiative to take control of a potentially critical situation, and she helped me get through the end of an already long and stressful delivery. Afterwards, Amy calmed me down and gave me a sponge bath which really put me at ease after such an intense delivery.
Amy made it a point to stop by and see the baby and me again. I'll never forget how wonderful a nurse and person Amy is. Thank you Amy!
Also, special THANK YOU to Nancy, Tricia, and Erin for their amazing support and care. You are all tremendous people and I can't thank you enough for the people you are and the work that you do!
