Melrose came to us with several years of experience, is very knowledgeable and possesses excellent clinical skills. She is able to function in both the scrub and circulating role within the department and is supportive of her peers. Melrose is very professional, demonstrating compassion and respect in the delivery of care to her patients and their families. She has a special gift with her ability to convey a sense of caring and gentleness, immediately helping her patients feel less anxious. Her smile is warm and genuine, she is truly a patient advocate and a pleasure for all of us to work with.
