Jennifer and her team were so good at collaborating together. Jennifer became like family we could depend on. She followed up on anything we needed and made suggestions that aided my 94 year old blind mother-in-law to put her at ease. She worked with her to encourage her as she went through a painful time physically and mentally. She thought she was in a nursing home and didn't realize my husband and I were here constantly in her room so she wouldn't have to be restrained. Jennifer was very professional and treated my mother-in-law with dignity. When our family came to visit grandma, we were able to introduce Jennifer as one of our favorite nurses.
