Annette is very understanding and compassionate when talking to you on the phone. She always makes you feel genuinely important. I just want her to know I think she is an awesome human being.

We want to acknowledge and recognize Annette for exemplifying our Professional Practice Model of Relationship Centered Care in her role as phone triage nurse. Developing the nurse/patient relationship without the benefit of face to face communication can be challenging.
