Shari has been serving the children of CRCC for over 18 years. She is committed to serving our children through CRCC's core values: Compassion, Dedication, Collaboration, and Innovation. Her dedication to the children we serve is unmatched; oftentimes working during her days off to ensure every child was able to attend. Her forward way of thinking helped create individual plans of care that increase collaboration with doctors and parents to provide the best care possible. Shari is a wonderful friend, mother, grandmother, wife, nurse and person overall. She leads her team with strength, dignity and respect.
"Shari - When Terri and I started CRCC back in 1990, we thought a lot about what type of person we wanted caring for our children. We couldn't have possibly created the list of Shari-attributes that come with you. When you walk in a room, you light up the room. Your smile is focused first on the children and then on the staff. You have the gentle touch that is needed to calm an anxious child or comfort a colleague. You put others first without exception and you provide unconditional love and support to all that you pass. Just so you know, I cried when I thought about what I love about you, so it's a good thing I'm not there in person to blubber through. You are compassion at your core and we are so blessed to have you in our family."
