Having an unexpected hospital stay while traveling was not on my agenda, however quickly finding that I was in good hands eased my mind more than you will know. It didn't take long to know that I would be well taken care of. When a new problem with blood sugars needed close monitoring, Florence was there at the exact time she said she would be (something that doesn't always happen in healthcare today, even though she didn't want to wake me.
