I nominate Shelly for the DAISY Award. Shelly went above and beyond her duties to make sure that I got the help I needed for a procedure that I needed done. At the time I didn't have insurance or the money to do it. She arranged an appointment with a pre-screening for cancer and I was accepted in the program and was able to get my procedure done. If Shelly didn't follow up and help arrange this I would have never gotten this done. If I ever have any question on my health, Shelly always calls and helps me come up with a plan.

Shelly is amazing and is always willing to help. From phone calls to follow up messages and visits, she is the best out there. I feel very comfortable knowing that I can trust her with my health and by baby's health. She goes above and beyond her job description and she takes care of things that are extra for her workload. She impresses me every time we meet and I am so lucky to consult with her and have her as my nurse.
