I could not tell that Kimberly Rhodes was a new nurse until I asked (thinking a long time) because of the way she carried herself with confidence. She knew exactly what to do and when/if she did not, she would, in true leadership fashion, ask.

It is nice to see those with compassion and does the "right" thing in a world that is sometimes gray and not so black and white.
