When I met Terrie during my interview process, she was so kind! When I started, she was very helpful in showing me how the office is every day and when we were behind, she stopped doing what she was doing to help out and I really appreciate her for doing that!

The extraordinary thing about Terrie is that she doesn't have just one story, she has many. She continues to go above and beyond with each patient. Not only that but she has great compassion for her job, and she builds such a great rapport with each person she meets. I see how she talks with the patients so that they understand. She confirms information to them and to their loved ones.
One time the doctor texted Terrie to contact a patient, the catch was that she was home. Because she did not have the patient's number, Terrie got dressed and came back to work to contact that patient. I also remember a time where one of her patients was sick and swollen, she asked the patient to come in and made sure that the patient got the care they needed. She truly cares.
