Cook Children's has been our home for 3 weeks now with more to go. Shannan was the CRNA for our daughter's second bronchoscopy and she came by to check on us that afternoon.

I was not very optimistic about our daughter staying off of the vent as this was our 9th try. Shannan was so sure though. She was very calm but I just knew how much she really cared about our little one.

We saw Shannan around the hospital and she remembered us! She asked about our baby, and about us.
The genuine love and care that she showed helped our whole family.
