My mom has had several cancer surgeries over the years and required yet another one recently. Our family was understandably tense and upset and on top of that, we were all at her bedside in the Recovery Room. Brian, her nurse, went above and beyond in caring for my Mom and all of her family. His sense of humor and genuine compassion provided a very calming effect and helped us all to become more relaxed with the situation. He is a very gifted and skilled RN who understands the importance of not only taking care of his patients; but also the importance of taking care of their family as well. My Mom remembered his care and compassion as she came out from under the anesthesia. She described him as attentive and thorough and very funny and kind!! We are very thankful for Brian and the excellent care he gave our Mom.
