Kathi's welcoming approach, bright smile, and kind disposition allows her to quickly develop therapeutic relationships with those she provides care. Her healing touch and acupuncture programs have improved the quality of life and comfort for patients at St. Cloud Hospital and the Coborn Cancer Center. Not only does Kathi display compassion to patients, she includes their family and friends. She embraces families in 'plan of care' discussions and she updates interdisciplinary team members, she participates in the development of future care planning for patients and ensures everyone is comfortable with the discussions.
