There are no words to describe the impact that Catherine has had on my family. My grandmother had a heart attack and was admitted to the CICU. I spent the night with my grandmother and throughout the night, Catherine was right by my grandmother's side providing compassionate care. Her explanations of disease processes were simple and easy to understand. She was such a positive light in an otherwise gloomy situation. I will be forever grateful that she was present during my grandmother's transition to the end of life.
