Pam is one of the most genuine, caring, and competent nurses I know. She's always smiling; her positive attitude and solution-oriented characteristics are contagious. She is a huge asset to our department. I can speak from two different aspects, one as a coworker and one as a patient's mom.
When you see Pam is working you know you have a great resource. She is always willing to help. She is knowledgeable and consistently offers valid advice and care to her patients and coworkers. She was my son's nurse after he was involved in what could have been a deadly vehicle accident. We were all stressed out, but as soon as I saw Pam was going to be his nurse, I knew we were in good hands. The way she reassures her patients and family members are thorough and so sweet!
