Our son was very scared of procedures, as any child would be. Connie was able to gain our son's trust and he now handles procedures very well. If it wasn't for Connie's compassion, I really think our son would be having a hard time. Anytime we have procedures, we tell our son he's going to see Connie, and all is well.
