I was transported to the Ojai ER with a fall, the Flu, and Rhabdomyolysis; and I was admitted to ICU for 5 days. Natalie Snee, RN, met me in the ER, introduced herself, was upbeat, told me what to expect and why, and moved me to ICU where she tended to me the rest of that day. I was not at my best and was sorry to see her go off-shift on Sunday evening.
I was released to go home on Thursday and to my pleasure, Natalie Snee was back on duty that day for my discharge, I was pleased to see her. She is thorough, firm, yet with a sense of humor and friendliness, and I appreciate her care. She is top-notch.
