I wanted to take the moment to report complete satisfaction. Matt was 100% attentive to all my mother's needs. Going above and beyond to keep me informed of my mom's condition. His bedside manner is beyond impeccable. He was unbelievably thorough and followed fine details to a "T". He made a very scary situation more relaxing with his compassionate professionalism. I am the Accounts Manager in Biomedical with the American Red Cross. I manage Ashtabula, Bit of Trumull, Portage and Geauga Counties. I am solely responsible to make sure that these hospitals are supplied with blood for all patient's needs. I demand perfection from my 600 staff members, wishing I could use Matt as an example of how an employee should act. He sets the bar high for those who follow his shift as well as showing veteran nurses to not lose their spirit in the routine of daily work. I could go on and on but I feel credit should be given when necessary. Matt should be commended for his near perfection work performance. I even talked him into donating blood at ACMC blood drives. It was quite shocking to see that a young man of 22 years of age has the same passion for his job as I do for mine. He is an example at his young age of what perfection is! Positive acknowledgment is just as deserving as a negative acknowledgment and with his sincere amazing efforts, leaving my sweet mother feeling safe and calm is not something you can put a price tag on. KUDOS to this impressive young man who will be going places!
