The care Ida gave my daughter went far above what a nurse's duties are. I trusted her so much that I didn't question one thing about my daughter's care. Being a 16-year-old, she would at times get fussy and take it out on me. Ida would step in and comfort her in that moment better than I could. It feels as though she was part of our family and truly wanted what was best for her.
