Diane is always willing to go above and beyond to help out her patients as well as her co-workers, she is always willing to help others out whether it is helping a patient with their coat, or making sure that patients are taken care of. There was one instance when a transporter brought a patient in for an x-ray who was having a difficult time staying alert. The patient was at dialysis earlier that day and was told to go to the Emergency Room for x-rays, but due to miscommunication, the patient was sent from the ER to the pavilion. When the patient arrived at the Pavilion she was unable to stay alert enough to answer the registration questions, so Diane was asked to come and look at the patient. Diane called the ER and told them the patient was coming back over to the ER and needed to be seen. Once the patient was there it was determined that the patient needed to be admitted and was placed in Critical Care. This is just one of the many examples of how Diane is willing to go above and beyond.
