Kei'Shea's tireless dedication, compassion and willingness to support her team is what differentiates her from others. Her team describes her as an individual who can fit into any role. She is often asked to work as a tech and fulfills this role seamlessly. She takes on other duties from the RNs if they are busy, she will take a heavier patient assignment to accommodate multiple admits and never complains. Her warm and caring personality draws others to her; she is always positive and smiling. Kei'Shea Mitchell is a true DAISY Nurse When we fall short with tech on the night shift, even if she's the nurse on duty; she makes time to make rounds with us to help without being asked. She comes in on her off days and works as a tech, always flexible when needed. She is an asset to SCPH. I appreciate all she does and feel as though she deserves to be shown appreciation from us all.
