Darlene was sensational in her care of me following a 5-hour surgery. She made an enormous impact on my husband and me by her calm and professional demeanor. She checked on me frequently and attended to my every need. I had a slight complication and stayed longer than expected, but she made me feel that I was her number one priority. She went above and beyond her basic duties and exceeded our expectations by checking on me frequently and making sure I was comfortable. She called the surgeon promptly for orders which alleviated my anxiety. I cannot thank you enough for her expert love and compassion.
