Patricia has demonstrated to our unit exceptional patient care. She goes above and beyond for our patients. When I work with her, I always find the patients excited to see her bright face. She loves to give hugs and motivate patients who need it the most. She will sit and converse with the patients for as long as the patient needs. She goes out of her way to find an answer when unsure of it.
Not only is Patricia exceptional to our patients but to her co-workers as well. She is a real team player. She makes sure that everyone is okay and helps out when needed. Patricia cares about each and everyone's job and position and will always check up on you.
