There aren't enough exemplary words to describe Gayle as a person and nurse. My mom had another stroke and on top of that a heart attack; it is not easy seeing my mom in this condition. Gayle was there to make sure that not only my mom was ok but that we, her family, understood what was happening as well as what procedures were being performed.
Gayle is very compassionate and very good at what she does. We could tell she is very good at multitasking and considerate of her colleagues. Gayle had to take my mom to an exam, and she coordinated everything quickly and with a smile on her face. She made us feel like we were the only ones on the floor by having her full attention to our questions and getting answers right away. We could tell she genuinely loves her job!
Even though we personally thanked her; I wanted to make sure more people knew what a great nurse and employee Gayle is. Thank you! Being a nurse isn't for everyone, it is tough working long hours and dealing with not only patients but also family members and doctors. Gayle has what it takes!
