Fran gave a high level of care to myself and my baby. She advocated for my needs and made sure I was taken care of. She was attentive, quick to meet my needs, and overall very kind. She is the best nurse I have ever had. Her presence is healing and calming. She took the time to ensure our needs were met. She balanced patient (customer service) with her job roles well and went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me feel comfortable. She is a kind nurse - the kind you want to take care of you when you are in a vulnerable position. She is amazing.
