Mrs. Scott showed so much compassion and support for me and our daughter during my husband's short stay. From the time we arrived at his room to getting the news that he was going to not make it through his illness, she was not only taking care of him with dignity and grace but also us as we had to make some very hard decisions. She explained things to us in detail and reassured us that even the hardest decision was the right one; we were doing the best thing for him. For such a young nurse she exhibited grace not seen in someone her age often. The tears, hugs, and love she showed us went above and beyond her nursing duties. Even though my husband was dying, she took care of him with dignity and compassion. I cannot say enough good things about Brooke and if I ever have to be a patient in your facility, I want her to take care of me. This young lady will go very far in nursing, she understands the importance of not only taking care of the patient but of the family as well, especially when the outcome is not going to be a good one.
