Nurse Robert Eaton is an awesome patient advocate and constantly goes above and beyond for the Veterans. He assists in every aspect of patient care. I had a Veteran tell me, "I would like to meet Nurse Eaton. I have not met him yet, but I bet he would help me." He went on to tell me he talked to the Veteran on the phone and was able to locate all of the patient's belongings that no one else could find, and then he had them mailed to the Veteran. He was so grateful and trusting in the person he had never met. Nurse Eaton is always met in the hall doing above what his duty calls like removing a broken bed, escorting a Veteran, removing broken equipment, assisted during the bed show and filled in empty slots for education. He respects the Veteran and is a great advocator. Nurse Eaton has a commitment to excellence as he is a Veteran himself with the highest integrity.
