My nurse, Erwin, was so kind and was in my room in less than a minute most times. I was in the ER for over 9 hours and was in severe pain. He kept checking on me all afternoon and night. I feel very blessed to have had such a kind and caring nurse. He is a very hard worker and enjoys his job, I think because he is so good at it. I wanted for nothing. If I asked he delivered. Thank you, Erwin, for being there for me. You comforted me until my pain and anxiety were better. Hospital stays are not fun, but you made it better. Thank you, Erwin.

Erwin had so much compassion for his patients. Every night he came on, he came to see how I was feeling and how my family was. He cares about everyone. I was upset one night and he took a little time to talk to me. He cared about my pain and made sure it was kept in control. I felt so lucky that he was my nurse several times. Erwin, you sure picked the right job field to go into. There is nobody better. You have touched my life and made me so much better.
