Rachel was extremely pleasant. She paid attention to detail, always had a smile on her face. She had extreme patience and took her time with me, and was gentle and extra caring. She was always punctual. I never had to call her because of pain. She just was here ready to go with my meds. She even checked in on me when I wasn't her patient. She was one of the best nurses I've ever had.

Rachel touched my heart just by listening to me. That might not seem like much but that's huge for me.
