Jennifer Moore provides extraordinary care to all of her patients. She forms a bond whether it is through touch, listening or providing direct hands-on skills. She also forms a bond of trust with their patients as they care for them with highly technical skills, knowledge and compassion. There have been many patients who have thanked her for their care and believe this nurse is deserving of this award. She has made a positive impact on the lives of patients during a vulnerable time. She demonstrates the power a nurse can bring to the bedside for each patient. If you were to speak to her, she would tell you she did nothing special, and that she was just doing her job. She is humble and does not even recognize how powerful a difference she is making to the patient, their families and her peers. She is often overheard in a patient room just knowing what to say and when. She will bring humor to the bedside and particularly will sing.
