My Husband had a bilateral hernia repair. He was unable to be discharged to our home from PACU and he was admitted to the medical-surgical unit. Jenna admitted him and took care of him the following day. He was admitted around 6:30 PM. Which is not exactly the best time for an admission. Despite the business due to changing shifts, Jenna was very patient, kind and thorough with the admission process. She never made us feel rushed or hurried. It was such a comfort to see her the next day. Her post-operative care was excellent. She was very attentive to all his needs, which were many. Jenna's knowledge, professionalism, and care were very reassuring to us. Her desire to make my husband comfortable and keep us both informed about his healing process made his 1st post op day bearable.

Ever since we arrived Jenna has been an excellent nurse. Demonstrating great patience and love to us as a family. Checking up on us often making the situation were in feel a little be lighter. Always with a smile on her face making us feel at home far from home. She has definitely been one of the best nurses we have had in any hospital. Because of her whenever we have an emergency we will be picking this hospital. Thank you very much, Jenna.

During my recent stay, Jenna was assigned to be my nurse, what a lucky break for me! She was a real pro and a delight to talk with about my medical issues. She never left my questions unanswered.
While having an in-room surgical procedure she held my hand and reassured me that everything was going well, you would have thought she was my daughter. I don't know if I would have gotten through the procedure without her. Jenna is the definition of a true DAISY Nurse.
