I am young and was very frightened going in for an EP study. From the second we met Eric, he set us at ease and went the extra mile to explain things to us. During the procedure, he reassured me constantly. I ended up being admitted and he checked on me in my room, on another unit, later that night. The following day I had more procedures which he showed up to encourage me. He even went so far as to bring a cookie to my room after the procedure just to tell me he was proud of me. He made this trying experience so much easier for my whole family. We are so thankful for his joy, genuine concern, and all the extra miles. Thank you, Eric, you are an angel.
