Carolbeth's greatest asset as a nurse is that her heart is connected to that ever-moving mind of hers. She sees someone or something that needs help and immediately empathizes about the situation, she is one of the very few that acts on her emotions. She takes charge, designs a plan and implements it to completion. She is a great nurse, a wonderful person, a true mentor.
As a nurse, she exudes the warmth, gentleness and kindness that are needed by our vulnerable ED patients. She also has the courage and knowledge to convincingly challenge the system when a process needs refinement, a person needs correction or issue needs addressing.
