Nathan spoke to P as though they were good friends, but with authority. He spoke knowledgeably to him even in his unconscious state. He kept us informed as he worked on our grandson. He made sure P's needs were met. There is no one who could have done more for P's unconsciousness. Nathan is so kind to not only the patient but the family's feelings too. He is truly remarkable in his nursing skills and communicating with the family. We had family with our grandson 24/7. We never felt in the way. He is very aware to have clean hands each time he came into or went out of the room. We felt like he was family, and we still do! Our grandson finally opened his eyes and began to move. It is a miracle!
