Lauren really answers the call! She sat with my son and played with him so I could go downstairs for food. When I needed help Lauren was there before I hit the call button. Lauren also made our two week stay much more tolerable for both my son and us (parents). She made sure we knew and understood everything that was going on and explained things numerous times until she was satisfied that we understood. Her name is the only one that my 3-year-old son learned. I think he has a childhood crush on her.
