From day one, Jodi has made us feel welcome, safe and #1 when we are in the Infusion Center for our appointment. She is helpful to explain the findings and procedures involved. She makes sure we are not forgotten and finds ways to get done what has to be done in a timely manner. She is always upbeat and the whole team appears to appreciate her and work well with her. She has given us much insight into Mom's condition and offered professional opinions as we ask her for them. We look forward to our monthly visits, so to speak, knowing that when she is there she is always available for any needs we may have.
