Nanette's dedication to her patients is extraordinary. For example, I have limited time to not only schedule but also to keep my appointments in attempting full-time employment, Nanette has gone above and beyond the call of duty in my case. With very unsightly and painful lesions on my face, Nanette verified the doctor's schedule, saw an opening, ensured I had time enough to see my primary, and scheduled the procedure for the next day. I recognize the scheduling challenges that the VA has and would like to thank her for her efforts in seeing and seizing the opportunity. I am not feeling any pain anymore and I am genuinely grateful to her for going the extra mile for me.
Nanette does so much for all of us and I am genuinely grateful to her. I was so stressed out about my painful lesions and the sound of her saying "It will be okay" put me at ease. That is how she rolls. She made it so much better for me.
