Alicia deserves this award for her amazing compassionate care that she recently bestowed upon the wife of a recent patient who passed away quietly and unexpectedly. This couple had been married for 72 years and did not have any family close by. She went above and beyond and drove this patient's family member home, made sure she was safe at home, and contacted her family. She truly showed extreme love for her job. I am proud to be her co-worker and feel she truly deserves this award.
