My family member has had a difficult medical life journey since the age of 10 as a juvenile diabetic. She recently fought another battle with cancer. Despite a difficult treatment, finally, the cancer was in remission. Anemia, cardiac problems, staph infection and pneumonia brought her back to the hospital again. No stranger to hospital care, she had the good fortune to have Vicki as one of her ICU Nurses. What a kind, understanding and caring person Vicki is! She calmly and professionally set about with compassion and respect to help her to become more comfortable, dealing efficiently with her many serious needs.
Vicki calmed her and coached her through many procedures with her caring professional manner, helping her to feel safe and respected. Vicki is a true treasure and was a wonderful blessing to our family. She calmly answered all our questions and rushed to help her with anything we asked of her. Vicki is simply a wonderful nurse.
