Jacob was taking care of my husband three nights during his hospital stay. He is so kind and understanding. When my husband had a cough, he realized before we asked anything, and talked to doctors to get some medication for him. If my husband was uncomfortable in the bed, Jacob was there to make him comfortable, like changing the sheets, bed position, move him around. If he had pain, Jacob was there to figure out what medicine would be helpful. He always knew what he needed. He kept saying, "I am here to take care of you". It was a great pleasure to have him as a nurse.

Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, made me feel so comfortable when in extreme pain. A ray of sunshine in my presence. He came immediately when called. Jacob is the kind of nurse that, ten minutes after you meet him, you think "this is an exceptional nurse". I had a very rough night in severe pain, but Jacob knew what to do and took exceptional care of me. Best of all, when he is my nurse, I never have to wait for care. My wife is also at ease knowing Jacob cares for me and she's a worrier.

Nurse Jacob is an excellent nurse. He showed me and my wife great service. I had a terrible headache and he told me what medicine regimen to take and it worked in no time. My dad has been in the ICU for several days and Jacob has been wonderful. I can't refer to a specific experience or event because Jacob has consistently been awesome. He did everything in his power to make my dad as comfortable as possible. He was very kind, personable and attentive. He was always very quick to check on an alarm that was going off. He was also very willing to explain something he was doing or anything we didn't understand. He made us laugh and feel better about the situation. I'm so happy that he's around to care for my dad.

Jacob is very attentive to his patient's needs. He responds to the call light very quickly. He is a great advocate for his patients. He lets you know when your meds are due and he is a true team player. I am a frequent patient in this hospital and it is always good when the nurses meet you and it makes it easier on both of us.
