Tricia not only goes out of her way to help staff members, but also her patients. When doing a post-op phone call one afternoon, Tricia spoke to a tearful elderly woman who was unable to get to the pharmacy to fill her prescription. Tricia took time out of her evening to pick up the prescription and take it to the pharmacy so that the patient did not have to go all weekend without her prescription and possibly saved the patient a trip to the Emergency room with uncontrolled pain.
All of this was done while Tricia's family was waiting for her at another location where they had plans for the evening. This is a great example of going above and beyond for our patients and we are extremely proud to have Tricia on our team!
