Amira has a genuine smile, precious touch and she kept using the words, "I promise to keep you safe and comfortable". She was attentive and listened to all my concerns, my stress level coming in the ER was 110 and she brought it down gently to a zero. She is a true DAISY Nurse and I thank her for her compassionate care!
