Michele has developed an emergency kit for our patients who may have been incontinent during therapy and are in need of clean clothing. She took this task upon herself and made it accessible to all OTS. She is also very helpful in getting our Medicare patients authorized for therapy and goes out of her way to help those patients with their insurance needs. ?

Michele displays the BSA way by always being ready and willing to help a fellow employee or patient outside of her immediate department. She can always be counted on during an emergency. She put together a project to make sure that any outpatient would have all the necessary clothes and clean up supplies if they were to have on "accident" during therapy. A much-needed project to make sure our patients are cared for with dignity! ?

Where to begin? Michele has the biggest heart toward our patients and employees!! She is the first one to respond to a need that arises. She does not rush and takes all the time necessary to assist the patient. She LISTENS and responds kindly and honestly. She has established a closet of clothing items for both women and men, also children, so we are prepared for when the need arises. The compassion she demonstrates brings a smile to your heart. I've seen her be the "first responder" when an emergency is announced and will be the last one to leave the patient's side. When we have insurance questions - she never turns us or the patient away and finds out whatever she can. She is an angel!! We love her! ?
