I can't quite find the words to feel like I adequately express my thanks to you. The level of compassion and involvement that you showed my dad in his final day is something I will forever hold dear. The way you considered every possible option to make him comfortable, looking out for him as you would your own family, was so incredibly sweet of you. I appreciate the candor and honesty with which you shared your opinions about his end of life care and plans.
I could go on and on about how my mom and I were confident and comfortable enough with your level of care that we were able to rest some. On the tough days, I hope you remember what a beautiful impact you are having on people's lives when they're faced with tragedy.
