My wife suffered a heart attack which required her to come to the hospital for additional care. Kelsie is a special nurse. She always was available to us when asked to see her, she often came into our room to provide support to the other members of the staff. She took the time to listen to our questions and always followed up to make sure we were provided with a timely response.
Overall, our experience with the whole nursing staff was excellent. I contribute that to sound leadership. In turn, I believe that Kelsie has provided that leadership in her role as a charge nurse for Select. In our opinion, Kelsie made a positive difference for us in the time we spent here.
