Briana continually represents the values of UnityPoint Health. On two specific occasions, Briana has stayed beyond her shift to ensure the patients are taken care of first, and to make sure I was not left with too much for one nurse to handle.
One day in October, Briana stayed after to help discharge patients, help with admissions and empty garbage. During this time there were fast-track patients and discharges. Later that month, Briana again stayed late. Although she was extra sign-up, our numbers did not require her to stay. She stayed due to blood infusion and four admissions all at one time, along with a discharge. Briana stayed to finish the infusion, do two of the admissions and clean the work area. Briana continually exemplifies the UnityPoint values in all she does.

I worked with Briana in multiple departments and she is one heck of an amazing nurse and goes above and beyond for all those she serves! Her diligence and dedication are an asset. I am honored to know her and to be her coworker.
