As a mom, you always want the best for your child no matter how old they are.
My daughter was given the best care by Michaela. She went above and beyond to ensure all of my daughter's needs were met. Michaela is very understanding, took her time and never rushed her. She was such a pleasure to talk to, always had a smile on her face and was knowledgeable. Before her shift ended, she introduced who the night nurse would be.
While Michaela was in the room taking vitals, the charge nurse came in to introduce herself, she advised that Michaela was one of the newer graduates, and that was very hard for us to believe. Her nursing skills were far above for a newly graduated nurse. Michaela advised she's been with Memorial Hermann for only 10 months. She is an asset to not only the hospital but her patients as well. She is a one of a kind nurse and my daughter was so blessed to have her today.
Michaela patients in her future will be blessed to have her as their nurse. She is definitely one of a kind.
