I have come across many nurses since I have been sick; when I met Simer there was something special about her. She had this look in her eyes that I have never seen before and believed me that I was a very sick person. I could feel she was not doing this job for the money; she really cared and made me feel so good. I have never been babied in my life but I felt so loved, I would never forget her. She is a nurse from heaven and she probably does not even know it. Nurse Simer made me cry, but good tears. I felt for once in my life that someone really cared, she probably does not even know what effect she has on her patients. She made my last days' worth living; she is my angel for sure. Simer has the most beautiful, happy disposition each day. I look forward to her coming into my room. She always has my needs and wants in her mind. I don't have to ask for anything because she is always one step ahead. She takes the time to talk to me and make me feel like a friend, not a patient. Being in the hospital for about a week, she keeps me focused and on the track to recovery and going home. I believe Simer is a beautiful soul and a remarkable nurse. I hope she knows how important she is to me and how much I appreciate her. Thank you!
