This is just a quick note about Sarah, who works in Delivery and Labor, at the Kootenai Medical
Center. Sarah was a God-given gift to us. She was the RNC who took care of our daughter and her husband, who Iost their baby girl due to an umbilical cord issue
She was six months pregnant at the time of the loss. Sarah treated this little baby with the utmost respect just like she was a living baby. She took foot prints and hand prints, she made clay foot prints and hand prints, and she took pictures so we all could remember this little girl. She made this time very special to us. Sarah is one of those special people that you wish all those in the healthcare arena could take a lesson from. Sarah was kind, understanding, professional, genuine, and attentive, all those things that make great leaders in health care. We are so grateful she was there for us. Your organization is blessed to have her. Please take the time and tell her that she is appreciated.
